Ethos Orthodontics have a large, engaged community that we’ve helped them build over time. The problem that we faced with this campaign was finding a way to create an engaging, on brand Easter campaign, while also expanding and reaching a new audience.
The primary goal of this campaign was to increase followers and email subscribers to grow Ethos Orthodontics’ online community. Our primary goal was to continue to build engagement through the new audience, while maintaining current engagement levels from their existing audience.
We created an interactive Easter themed game to increase followers and email subscribers over the campaign period. This game required an entry form for people to participate, allowing us to collect their contact details for the mailing list. Utilising a game for the campaign allowed us to remain on brand and engaging, while also fitting into the desired Easter theme.
This campaign was promoted through organic and paid efforts, as well as email notifications. Advertising the campaign over multiple platforms allowed us to ensure we were reaching the existing audience through emails, while utilising social media and ad targeting to ensure we’re also reaching new audiences.
This campaign has generated 480 total entries, reached 4,796 people and left 10, 658 impressions. We saw an increase to followers on both Facebook and Instagram following the start of the campaign, aligning with our goal of expanding the audience. From this campaign, we received 192 new email subscribers! The announcement email had an open rate of 39.4% and a click rate of 2.2%, exceeding the industry standard.
