🔍 This isn't a live vacancy – it's a chance to get on our radar early. We're building our 2026 talent pool and are always keen to meet standout people. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
This isn't just another leadership role: it's a front-row seat to shaping how our agency grows.
You'll lead the Accounts function at TwentyTwo, setting the standard for how we show up for clients and how we deliver our best work, with a seat at the Senior Leadership Team table. Just as importantly, you'll play a key role in developing the team around you: mentoring, coaching, and lifting capability so everyone knows what great looks like and how to get there.
You'll be responsible for driving new business, retaining and growing existing clients, and ensuring everything we put out into the world is delivered on time, in full, and to a high standard.
You won't be sitting on the sidelines. You'll be in it! Shaping strategy, solving problems, building long-term client partnerships that actually last, and guiding a team that's proud of the work they deliver.
Leading and developing the Accounts team, setting the standard for client service across the agency
Mentoring and coaching team members to build capability, confidence, and commercial thinking around accounts
Owning senior client relationships and acting as a true strategic partner
Driving new business opportunities and contributing to agency growth
Owning retention across the client portfolio, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained account growth
Overseeing delivery to ensure work is on time, in full, and to a consistently high standard
Building systems, processes, and ways of working that scale with us
Strong agency experience in high level account leadership roles
Equally comfortable driving new business as you are growing and retaining accounts
Deeply relationship-focused – you understand that trust is built in both the big moments and the small ones
You notice the details: the coffee order, the kid's birthday, the follow-up that others forget
You understand the art of client service and know that relationships matter just as much as results
Strategic thinker who can also execute when needed
Commercially minded – you care about outcomes, not just output
Confident leader who sets the standard and brings others up with you
Calm, decisive, solutions-focused, and unfailingly collaborative
We know not everyone ticks every box, and that's okay. Research shows women, gender diverse people, and people of colour are less likely to apply unless they meet 100% of the criteria. If this role excites you and you think you could be a great fit, we'd genuinely love to hear from you.

Tuesdays are our Do-Days (WFH) for deep focus. Need extra flexibility? We’re always human about it.
Enjoy a day off every second Friday with our “Flexi Fridays” model. Billable hours on track? The day is yours!
We work together on a personalised growth plan after 6 months, plus $1,000 a year to invest in your learning and development.
We’ll cover work-related events so you can connect, learn, and spend time with the team outside the office (optional… but usually a good time).
We’re known for our generous (and slightly chaotic) Christmas gifting. You’ll also get your birthday off on us, because there’s no 22 without you.
Start your day right with our fully stocked breakfast bar and coffee machine, because good work starts with good fuel.
We actively manage capacity so workloads stay realistic, because great work doesn’t come from running on empty.
Once a quarter, we wrap up early for team shenanigans including our iconic Pitch Fit Club, games, drinks, and good times aplenty.
Each year we gather to celebrate the wins and share our vision for the road ahead. It’s a day of sharing, strategising, and seeing the future.
Our internship program is hot property – and for good reason! This isn’t a “getting coffee” kind of experience. From day one, you’ll get hands-on exposure to real clients, real campaigns, and real decisions.
You’ll learn how digital marketing actually works, not just in theory, but in practice. Think content, SEO, paid media, analytics, and even sitting in on client meetings to see how it all comes together.
We take on interns as part of university placements, so you’ll need to come prepared with your course requirements (hours, insurance, paperwork, i.e. the fun stuff).
SEO
You’ll learn how to audit websites, conduct keyword research, and understand what actually drives organic growth. From technical basics to content optimisation, you’ll see how SEO connects to real business outcomes.
From social posts to blogs, emails, and website copy, you’ll build a strong foundation in content. You’ll learn how to write with purpose, tailor messaging to audiences, and support real client campaigns.
Get hands-on exposure to platforms like Meta and Google Ads. You’ll learn how campaigns are structured, how performance is measured, and what goes into making paid media work.
You’ll develop an understanding of how we track, measure, and report on performance. Think: dashboards, insights, and learning how to turn data into decisions.
aYou won’t be hidden away. You’ll sit in on client meetings, see how we present work, and understand how strategy, delivery, and relationships all come together.
You’ll see how an agency actually runs, from workflows and tools to collaboration across teams. It’s the stuff you don’t get taught at uni, but need on day one of your career in agency.

"Working at TwentyTwo has been the best career decision I've made. The team is incredibly supportive, the work is challenging and varied, and I've grown more in 12 months here than in my previous three years combined."
