HEAD OF ACCOUNTS

🔍 This isn't a live vacancy – it's a chance to get on our radar early. We're building our 2026 talent pool and are always keen to meet standout people. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This isn't just another leadership role: it's a front-row seat to shaping how our agency grows.

You'll lead the Accounts function at TwentyTwo, setting the standard for how we show up for clients and how we deliver our best work, with a seat at the Senior Leadership Team table. Just as importantly, you'll play a key role in developing the team around you: mentoring, coaching, and lifting capability so everyone knows what great looks like and how to get there.

You'll be responsible for driving new business, retaining and growing existing clients, and ensuring everything we put out into the world is delivered on time, in full, and to a high standard.

You won't be sitting on the sidelines. You'll be in it! Shaping strategy, solving problems, building long-term client partnerships that actually last, and guiding a team that's proud of the work they deliver.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and developing the Accounts team, setting the standard for client service across the agency

Mentoring and coaching team members to build capability, confidence, and commercial thinking around accounts

Owning senior client relationships and acting as a true strategic partner

Driving new business opportunities and contributing to agency growth

Owning retention across the client portfolio, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained account growth

Overseeing delivery to ensure work is on time, in full, and to a consistently high standard

Building systems, processes, and ways of working that scale with us

Who You Are

Strong agency experience in high level account leadership roles

Equally comfortable driving new business as you are growing and retaining accounts

Deeply relationship-focused – you understand that trust is built in both the big moments and the small ones

You notice the details: the coffee order, the kid's birthday, the follow-up that others forget

You understand the art of client service and know that relationships matter just as much as results

Strategic thinker who can also execute when needed

Commercially minded – you care about outcomes, not just output

Confident leader who sets the standard and brings others up with you

Calm, decisive, solutions-focused, and unfailingly collaborative

We know not everyone ticks every box, and that's okay. Research shows women, gender diverse people, and people of colour are less likely to apply unless they meet 100% of the criteria. If this role excites you and you think you could be a great fit, we'd genuinely love to hear from you.

Supporting reporting and dashboards (GA, Looker Studio, PowerBI a bonus)

Identifying and resolving tracking, attribution, or platform issues

Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver high-performing campaigns

Supporting junior team members in understanding results, insights, and optimisation approaches
